Indian food and buffetTop l

About a week ago, I went to an Indian restaurant and buffet with my parents. The restaurant is about two miles away from my house. This is my third time going out and trying Indian food. This is my first time going to this restaurant. It opened a few months ago.This restaurant also has a bar with different kinds of alcoholic drinks. There used to a Chinese restaurant here. I think before the Chinese restaurant, this used to be a Friendly's. When I went with my parents, this place was quiet and empty. The owner was at bar in the front. There was one other man that was eating when we came.

My favourite foods I had at this Indian restaurant were the basmati rice, chana masala, chicken meatballs, garlic nann, and I forgot the name of the other dishes.

Homemade thin crispy sugar cookies

On November 6, I made some thin sugar cookies!
The ingredients were:

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter, softened (1/2 cup)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (I used vanilla bean paste, but extract is fine)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour

I added some almonds and almond extract. I made a mistake by adding 1 teaspoon of sugar to my first batch of cookies. They were shaped into balls and would not spread! I then looked back at the recipe and saw I was supposed to add 1 cup of sugar! I did not add that much sugar at all. I added about a tiny bit less than 1/2 a cup of sugar.
I think I added only one cup of flour but I don't remember. ):
The outcome of my second batch tasted amazing!!

Cats! To be updated

I volunteer at a pet organisation in my area. It is an adoption organisation. I love cats! I clean the litter boxes, clean the windows, sweep the never ending cat litter on the floor, wipe the wooden structure, brush the cats, clean up cat balls, and other chores. I also get to pet  and play with the cats! I love volunteering even if the litter smells so bad.

 This is Jasper. She's a dilute calico tortie. She has a temper and dislikes other cats and humans. She is sweet but it takes a while for her to get used to you.

 This is Pixie, she's super shy and skiddery. She has a sister named Dixie.

Forever 21 order: Hair accessories

A couple days ago I ordered online some hair accessories from Forever 21. I've never bought any hair accessory from Forever 21. I have been at my Forever 21 store but the hair accessories there are not as cute as the ones online. I ordered lots of hair bows, one set of six midsize claw hair clips and three headbands. I hope the quality of these items are good! 

Only 9 items and they cost $21. But with shipping and tax my order comes close to $30. D;
